Wow, burger ... Yummy. Hehehe. Do you know, most people love eat burger especially among children. In my calculation, burger is one of the most famous fast food in Malaysia and maybe in this whole world. It taste which is so appetizing and savoury make people like to eat burger including me. Hahaha, LOL. Burger is also easy to find such as McDonald, KFC and streets seller. So, nothing to wonder that burger is one of the famous food among us.
Do you know, Burger is also called or known as Hamburger or Sandwich. Burger consisting of a cooked patty of ground meat. Patty often made up of beef and chicken. It is also appeared in a round shape. Patty frequently placed inside a sliced bread roll. Burger is usually served with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, cheese and condiments such as mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup and relish. Those things will make up a burger tasted really delicious and tasty. As your information, the term "Hamburger" originally derives from Hamburg, Germany's second largest city. Burger is also categorised as fast food. So, let's discuss about the advantages and disadvantages of fast food or our topic, burger.
ADVANTAGES:
- Can easily found in some place even in a village or town.
- Easy to make, we only need a sliced bread roll and a patty. Things like lettuce, tomato and others actually do not require. It is only makes burger tasted more delicious. If we do not put those things, it will just fine.
- It also save our time. When someone who returns home after a whole day working, they must be tired and hungry and also need some that served quickly. So, the perfect food is only burger or pizza.
- This food is also save cost. Burger is not too expensive and not too many ingredients that we need to cook a burger.
DISADVANTAGES:
- Adverse effect to our health. This is because, fast food or burger contains higher amounts of salt, fats and calories.
- Will make us contributor to obesity, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, heart attack and others dangerous diseases.
- In fact, a recent study has shown that the people who live within walking distance of a fast food restaurant are at 13% higher risk of suffering from strokes than those who live in considerable distance away.
So, there are many advantages and disadvantages of fast food or burger. What we should do is, we must be careful in our nutrition. Choice the best and keep us always health. But, we can also eat fast food and burger but don't too much. Remember, eat burger rarely !
